Job Description

Ritaj Facility Management is hiring a Business Development Executive who is passionate about growth and client success. You'll play a vital role in promoting our services, connecting with potential clients, and contributing to our identity and pursuing new business opportunities in the facility management sector including cleaning, maintenance, security, landscaping, and hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, finance, and technical teams) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of service solutions.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand market presence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and explore new market segments to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the facility management or B2B services industry.
  • Strong understanding of integrated FM services and market dynamics in Qatar or the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the FM industry, products, and services.
  • Ability to build trust with clients.
