Job Description:
Support business strategy, procurement, workforce planning, project delivery, vendor management, audits, and compliance to ensure smooth operations. Serve as the point of contact for visitors, manage administrative office duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, screen communications, maintain filing systems, and organize meetings and events. Handle purchase requests, coordinate transportation and venue bookings, manage correspondence and payments, prepare timesheets, and provide general administrative support. Manage library procurements, organize team meetings, catalog books, and handle language center sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in procurement and office administration
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
