We are currently looking for a highly experienced and skilled air conditioner supervisor to lead and manage the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioners in our facilities and project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, and proven leadership experience in this field.

Function: air conditioning supervisor

Location: Doha, Qatar

Type of employment: full time

Start date: immediate

Main responsibilities:

Supervising the installation, maintenance and repair of all types of air conditioning systems (splate, buckle, VRF, canals, refrigerated water systems, etc.).

Distribution of tasks and supervision of the daily activities of air conditioning technicians and assistants.

Diagnosing, exploring and repairing air conditioning system malfunctions, and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Ensure that the work is completed in accordance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Carry out periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of air conditioning equipment.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, and inventory tools and materials.

Coordination with engineers, contractors and clients as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma / Vocational Training Institute in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or a related technical field.

At least [5] years of work experience in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, including at least [3] years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, electrical components, and control systems.

The ability to read and interpret technical heating, ventilation and air conditioning drawings and documents.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Favorite qualifications:

Certificates in heating, ventilation, air conditioning or handling refrigerants systems (such as: Environmental Protection Agency, Cooling and Ventilation Gas Authority, etc.).

Experience in commercial, residential or industrial projects.

Driving license in effect (if necessary).
