Who We’re Looking For

We're on the hunt for a gritty, relentless, and ambitious Sales Executive who thrives under pressure, lives for the chase, and never backs down from a challenge. You’re the type who turns "no" into "not yet." You’re not just closing deals—you’re building partnerships that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present customized HR solutions to meet client needs.
• Work closely with our recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports to the sales manager.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in B2B sales (experience in HR, staffing, or recruitment services is a big plus).
• Tenacity, persistence, and a "never give up" attitude—failure is fuel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation with a deep drive to exceed targets and crush quotas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
