Job Description:
The Activation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full cycle of activation planning and execution. This includes managing a team of coordinators, monitoring project timelines, ensuring adherence to standards, and evaluating the success of activations in line with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Activation Coordinators and on-ground staff
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for activations
• Ensure activities align with event goals and company branding standards
• Maintain quality control throughout event execution
• Resolve complex issues and escalate when needed
• Monitor timelines and deliverables; conduct post-activation evaluations
• Communicate progress and challenges to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in event planning or activation management
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in events, marketing, or business)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
