We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is key in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and maintaining the high standards of service our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain fine dining service standards and ensure team compliance
- Address customer concerns and provide quick, professional resolutions
- Manage staff schedules and assist with training and onboarding
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is an advantage
