SuperPark - Doha is seeking a responsible and proactive Safety Officer to oversee health and safety operations across the recreational facility. The role ensures that all activities comply with local safety regulations and SuperPark’s internal safety standards, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff.
Desired Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment, play zones, and common areas.
Monitor staff adherence to safety protocols and provide regular training sessions.
Respond to incidents, administer basic first aid, and complete incident reports as needed.
Collaborate with the operations team to manage emergency procedures and drills.
Ensure compliance with local health, fire, and safety regulations.
Report safety risks or hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety or health role, preferably in a recreation, hospitality, or events setting.
First Aid and CPR certification required.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment procedures and local safety regulations.
Excellent observation, communication, and crisis response skills.
