SuperPark - Doha is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand promotions for our indoor activity and adventure center. The ideal candidate is passionate about recreation, family entertainment, and community engagement, with a strong understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies.
Position may include base salary plus commission.
Desired Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate visitor traffic from different areas including schools and general public.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content aligned with SuperPark’s brand.
Coordinate with design teams to produce promotional materials, advertisements, and event assets.
Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Support the planning and execution of events, school visits, and partnership activities.
Monitor customer feedback and engage with the SuperPark community online and offline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the recreational, entertainment, or retail sectors.
Must be bilingual - Arabic & English speaking
Proficient in social media platforms, content creation tools, and marketing software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Energetic, creative, and a team player with a passion for active lifestyles.
