Location: Qatar

The Senior Accountant will manage grant documentation, honorarium payments, and procurement processes while ensuring financial accuracy and timely disbursement. This role supports budgeting, reporting, and coordination with various departments for financial and procurement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare RDI grant documentation and panelist payments
• Monitor financial workflows and cash flow forecasts
• Assist in annual budgeting and planning cycles
• Review project spending and release payments as per schedules
• Oversee procurement requisitions and ensure timely delivery
• Advise on procurement policies and liaise with departments
• Coordinate with finance, logistics, and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Less than 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of procurement and finance operations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
