Job Description:
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Coordinator to support housing and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing housing unit inspections, handovers, exit clearances, and service quality monitoring, while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct housing unit inspections, handovers, and exit clearances.
• Monitor housekeeping and service quality provided by stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and secure administrative records.
• Interact with residents to address queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service providers to improve processes and response times.
• Be available on-call for emergencies or urgent situations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with a focus on service excellence.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling housing/resident-related operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
