Cleaning & Housekeeping Project Coordinator

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities


Plan, schedule, and coordinate cleaning and housekeeping projects.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

Assign tasks to cleaning teams and manage workforce deployment efficiently.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Act as a point of contact between clients and the operations team, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain records of staff attendance, inventory usage, and project progress.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements


Proven experience in cleaning services, housekeeping, or facility management.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with cleaning equipment, materials, and best practices.

[Optional: Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.]
