We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting defined sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively represent our products and services, formulate strategic sales approaches, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the organization’s customer base.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to gain insights into customer requirements, industry developments, and competitive activities.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Present and promote company products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while providing after-sales support and service.
- Compile and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand professional connections.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications, real estate, banking, or business solutions sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a strong customer service orientation.
- Must hold a valid QID and be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
