Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations on the supermarket floor, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and optimize stock and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Supermarket Supervision (2–5 years):
Experience in managing supermarket or grocery floor operations.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide cashiers, merchandisers, and floor staff. Plan work schedules and ensure task execution. Handle complaints, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience. Monitor shelf availability, coordinate with storekeeper, and manage expiry controls (FIFO/LIFO).Familiar with point-of-sale systems, billing, and managing cash discrepancies. Implement attractive product displays and in-store promotions. Daily reporting on sales, team performance, and customer feedback. Strong communication skills in English required; Arabic is a plus.
