Job Description

Head of Procurement – Volume F&B Management

Location: Doha, Qatar

Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the F&B industry

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like CIPS or APICS are advantageous

We are currently seeking experienced Procurement Head to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.

Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements; prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 6 years in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the F&B sector.

Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills; proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the F&B supply chain, market trends, and local/international sourcing.
