Lead Recruiter

Requirements:

* 5+ years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.

* Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to actively source and identify potential candidates for open roles.

* Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications to create a shortlist of suitable candidates.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers: assist in the interview process when necessary.

* Create and manage job descriptions and postings across various job boards and social media platforms.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key performance metrics.
