Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and monitor mechanical engineering schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align project timelines with resource availability.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify risks or delays in mechanical work packages.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Assist in resource and cost planning for mechanical activities.
• Track material and equipment deliveries relevant to mechanical scope.
• Support in project handover documentation and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements: Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in project planning, preferably in [oil & gas, EPC, manufacturing, etc.].
• Certification in project planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
• Understanding of project lifecycle, from design to commissioning.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience working in international or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other mechanical design tools.
