Job Opportunity: Operations & Communication Coordinator (Interior Design & Furniture) – Startup Role
Location: Doha, Qatar | Full-Time

We are a Qatari company established in 2025, dedicated to making it easier and more affordable for customers to purchase high-quality home furniture imported from outside Qatar. We pride ourselves on offering superior quality at prices lower than the local market. In addition, we provide premium interior and exterior design services. As a growing startup, we are building a team of passionate, creative, and proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual to join our team. This is not a managerial position, but you will play a key role in coordinating between clients, team members, and suppliers, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand needs and provide updates.
  • Coordinate with employees and freelancers to ensure tasks are aligned and on schedule.
  • Follow up on project timelines, delivery schedules, and client feedback.
  • Support with basic design reviews, mood boards, and furniture selection.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Some knowledge or experience in interior design and furniture work.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and good at multitasking.
  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Experience in a startup or small team environment is preferred.
