Sales Coordinator (HVAC experience Preferred)

We are a leading industrial company in the HVAC and building materials sector, currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and project documentation.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and inventory tracking.
Communicate with vendors and follow up on shipments and logistics.
Requirements:
2 3 Years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
Prior exposure to the HVAC industry is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
