The agents must be able to speak both Arabic & Urdu proficiently.

Available to start Immediately. The agent should be flexible and willing do cover different shifts including overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in 24/7 call center to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using the company’s CRM system.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Urdu, Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a call center is required.
• Must have a valid visa (family/spouse/secondment) .
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
