Duties: She will be involved in the hands-on day-to-day running of the household. With a sharp eye for details, she will be required to manage and supervise all domestic staff (approximately 10) and deliver, and ensure to be delivered, a high standard of service and presentation at all times to the family and their guests. She will be responsible for all services, including: food and beverage purchases, food hygiene, indoor and outdoor cleaning, bedroom and sitting areas set-up, housekeeping and laundry, safety, maintenance and landscaping. She will also be required to oversee the kitchen operations to make sure that food is prepared, cooked and served up to good standards and to the family’s liking. She will also be required to organize and oversee banquets and events promptly, sometimes at short notice, ensuring that every detail is carefully considered.
