We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with a valid Qatar Driving License to manage sourcing and purchasing activities, build supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement best practices and a strategic mindset to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and terms.

Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Maintain accurate procurement records, including pricing, contracts, and supplier information.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet procurement needs.

Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as required.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently and within a team.

Knowledge of local and international sourcing is an advantage.
