Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR tools is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records
Support HR team in daily tasks related to recruitment and onboarding
Ensure a smooth candidate experience
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
Requirement:
Candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID
Available to join immediately.
