Job Title: Accountant – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Job Description:

We are seeking a capable Accountant to join our team in the interior design and fit-out industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project-related finances and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and job costing
• Prepare financial reports, P&L statements, and forecasts
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and vendor payments
• Collaborate with project managers for financial alignment on active jobs
• Maintain tax compliance (VAT) and accurate financial records
• Assist with audits, payroll, and expense control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience (experience in project-based roles preferred)
• Exposure to interior design, construction, or fit-out industries is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or equivalent
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English & Arabic is a requirement
