We are looking for a Bilingual Operations & Customer Service Coordinator who speaks Arabic and English fluently to join our growing home and office cleaning company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and run online ads to promote our cleaning services
• Handle incoming calls and messages from clients
• Schedule bookings for home and office cleaning services
• Coordinate with the cleaning team and dispatch them to client locations
• Ensure smooth daily operations and track job completions
• Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and future bookings

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Arabic and English spoken
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with running ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or other platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in operations or customer service preferred
