Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring perishable and non-perishable goods, while ensuring the best balance of quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers of Fasteners, building materials , Tools, Etc
• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on operational needs and stock levels.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items
• Manage relationships with suppliers and maintain an updated vendor database.
• Track and report key procurement metrics such as cost savings, delivery accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoice matching and payment processing.
• Support internal audits and documentation for traceability, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Can handle entire Purchasing & International Logistics activities , additionally support to Tender team .

Requirements: Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• 6 and above years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing—preferably in Building Materials-Construction Materials sector.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and handle last-minute sourcing requests.
