HSE Supervisor – Oil & Gas Sector (6+ Years Experience)
Location: Ras Laffan
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Minimum 6 years of HSE experience in oil and gas projects (onshore/offshore)
Certified in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent
Strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems, emergency response, and hazard control
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and enforce Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies across project sites
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel
Monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting systems
Requirement:
Candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID
