Sendian Group is looking for a highly experienced HR Recruitment Manager with 10+ years of expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. The candidate will play a key role in building strong teams across our sectors, including construction, technology, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments

Develop and implement hiring strategies

Lead employer branding and sourcing efforts

Build a qualified candidate pipeline

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience (GCC experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Familiarity with local labor laws and HR systems

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
