Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced finance professional with a strong background of Audit with Top firms and proven administrative skills to take charge of financial systems. This role involves oversight of accounting, internal controls, reporting, budgeting, and supporting overall operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

* Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

* Develop and implement internal financial controls and compliance policies

* Ensure audit readiness and smooth execution of audit processes

* Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting

* Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS)

* Support management in decision-making through timely and accurate financial data

* Oversee vendor payments, payroll coordination, and expense control

* Collaborate with different departments on operational and finance-linked matters

* Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for transparency and audits

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

* ACCA/CMA will be prefered

* 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally including work with or at Top audit firm

* In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and audit procedures

* Financial Audit Experience would be preferred

* Strong command of accounting software and tools (QuickBooks, Zoho, Excel, etc.)

* Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills

* Fluent in English (spoken and written)

* Must be based in Qatar or willing to relocate on short notice
