Position: Office Coordinator (Male Arabic Nationality)
Reporting To: CEO and Director
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Description:
The Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Executive Office. This role requires high organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Director
- Manage and coordinate office communications, schedules, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and internal communications
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as directed by management
- Monitor office supplies and oversee procurement as needed
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and handle basic office coordination necessary Departments.
Requirements:
- Must be Arabic speaking (Arab nationals are encouraged to apply)
- Proven experience in administrative, office coordination, or secretarial roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Immediate availability to join is essential
