We are seeking a highly qualified MEP Coordinator with expertise in the building MEP works. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

- Age: Between 28 to 45 years.
- Experience: At least 8-12 years in similar role especially in the Construction Industry.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Skills: Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera, MS Office and AutoCAD;.
- Specialization: Leadership; Management; Problem Solving; Communication; Written Communication; Analytical; Planning; Materials Management; Project Management; Quality Assurance; Technical Function Knowledge; Interpreting Technical Drawings
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation, formatting, review, and timely submission of all technical documentation including shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, material submittals, and prequalification documents.
- Track document workflows and approvals.
- Liaise between architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM teams to ensure coordinated and accurate submissions.
- Communicate consultant and client feedback to internal engineering teams and follow up on required revisions/resubmissions.
- Maintain comprehensive technical logs such as submittal registers, drawing logs, RFI trackers, and correspondence logs.
- Prepare, distribute, and archive all incoming and outgoing technical correspondence including letters, memos, meeting notes, and approval records.
- Schedule, attend, and document technical meetings with consultants, clients, and internal teams, and prepare detailed Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
- Monitor project document flow, ensuring timely responses and avoiding delays in submission/approval cycles.
- Verify compliance of technical submissions with project specifications, industry standards, and contract documents before forwarding for approval.
- Support procurement and tendering activities by collating and submitting the required technical data from various disciplines.
- Collaborate with the Technical Office Manager to follow up on coordination issues with vendors, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Assist in preparing engineering schedules and logs, helping the project team stay aligned with technical milestones.
- Distribute approved documents to the relevant departments and ensure a structured archive of all technical submissions and approvals.
- Ensure alignment of all communications with project requirements, quality standards, and STC’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Support IMS documentation control and contribute to audits by ensuring traceability of technical documents and approvals.
- Maintain a high level of organization and confidentiality while dealing with critical project data.
- Escalate urgent technical issues or submission delays to the Technical Office Manager & Project Mangers for prompt resolution.
- Assist in the coordination of authority approvals by preparing, submitting, and following up on required technical documentation.
- Monitor the project technical matters and issues with the Project Manager to find solutions.
