???? Key Responsibilities:

Indoor Sales: Handle walk-in clients and respond to sales inquiries via phone and email. Provide product information, quotations, and support throughout the sales process.

Accounts Management: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP software, including billing, payment follow-ups, and day-to-day accounting functions.

Reporting & Documentation: Create and manage sales, inventory, and financial reports using Microsoft Excel for internal review and decision-making.

???? Requirements:

* Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel is essential.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

* Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Hindi, Arabic, or any additional languages is a valuable asset.
