ECSM & VMCG, a Qatar based group of companies, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for multiple school operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Monitor budgets and support financial planning and forecasting
Ensure compliance with Qatari tax laws, labor regulations, and internal financial policies
Assist with external audits and financial reviews
Collaborate with school administrators and vendors on financial matters
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Prior auditing experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
Familiarity with Qatari financial regulations and reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in English is required
