MS Properties is a leading real estate company in Qatar, known for delivering premium property solutions in the residential and commercial sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote MS Properties' listings and services.
- Manage all digital marketing activities including social media, content creation, and email campaigns.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, social media posts, presentations, etc.).
- Maintain and update the company website and listing portals with accurate information.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and leasing teams to support promotional activities and lead generation.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Qatar with valid QID.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge in designing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
