We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking employee attendance, monitoring work hours, and ensuring accurate timesheet records for payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily attendance and timesheet records
- Monitor in/out timings, overtime, and leave records
- Coordinate with site supervisors and HR regarding employee work hours
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping reports
- Support payroll team with verified time data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal timekeeping policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in construction or facility management)
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping and payroll procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel and timekeeping software
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Familiarity with biometric attendance systems
