We are currently seeking a professional, well-organized, and experienced Female Executive Secretary to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executive management.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft letters, memos, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Coordinate internal and external communication.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
