Job Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of local and national HSE regulations and standards applicable to theme parks, entertainment venues, or similar large-scale operations.

• Excellent knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.

• Proficiency in developing and delivering HSE training programs.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex HSE information clearly and concisely.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Crisis management and emergency response skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.

Job Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated HSE role, preferably within a theme park, hospitality, large-scale entertainment venue, or a similar industry with significant public interaction and diverse operations.

• Proven experience in implementing HSE management systems.

• Experience in conducting HSE inspections and investigations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Internationally recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are highly preferred.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
