Job Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of local and national HSE regulations and standards applicable to theme parks, entertainment venues, or similar large-scale operations.
- Excellent knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering HSE training programs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex HSE information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Crisis management and emergency response skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
Job Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated HSE role, preferably within a theme park, hospitality, large-scale entertainment venue, or a similar industry with significant public interaction and diverse operations.
- Proven experience in implementing HSE management systems.
- Experience in conducting HSE inspections and investigations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Internationally recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are highly preferred.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
