Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to manage the daily operations of a mobile home-based salon. The role involves scheduling appointments, overseeing staff, selecting new team members, ensuring service quality, handling customer communication, and managing basic logistics such as coordinating needs and accommodation-related communications. No marketing or social media experience is required — the focus is on operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff Management:

• Supervise salon staff and organize their work schedules.
• Recruit and evaluate new candidates as needed.
• Ensure staff punctuality and appropriate appearance.
• Handle staff absences or internal issues.
• Communicate with the staff accommodation owner when necessary.

2. Service Quality & Customer Relations:

• Ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients regarding feedback or complaints.
• Guide the team to improve based on customer feedback.

3. Coordination & Operations:

• Schedule daily appointments for staff based on demand.
• Identify missing tools/products and report needs.
• Collaborate with inventory management to ensure supply availability.
• Coordinate any deliveries or support services as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate with drivers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in salons or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Responsible personality with good communication skills (team and client-facing).
• Fluency in Arabic (for client communication) and English (for communication with some staff).
• Ability to use a phone or apps for daily coordination.

Additional Notes:

• No formal educational certificate required.
• No marketing or social media management needed.
• Preference for candidates already residing in Doha with transferable sponsorship.
