Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with solid experience in freight forwarding and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing customized logistics solutions that align with customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics market, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding and logistics industry is a must.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping terms, customs processes, and logistics procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining and managing a CRM system.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong command of the English language (written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage.
• Confident in conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations with businesses.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate employment.
