DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for HSE Officer (Ashgal Experience) in Doha, Qatar

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, with at least 1–2 years on Ashghal projects.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of local HSE regulations and QCS standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety policies on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor site-specific HSE plans as per Ashghal requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications) and Ashghal HSE guidelines.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site personnel.
• Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices.
• Maintain safety records and prepare daily/weekly HSE reports.
• Coordinate with Ashghal HSE representatives during site audits or inspections.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety protocols on site.
