Qualified HSE Officer with over 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, currently holding a valid QatarEnergy-approved Permit to Work (PTW) for Mesaieed. Skilled in implementing and monitoring HSE policies, conducting safety audits, and ensuring full compliance with industry safety standards. Available for 3-month renewable assignment. Desired Skills & Experience

1.      Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy HSE standards and site-specific safety regulations in Mesaieed Industrial Area.

2.      Hold and manage a valid QatarEnergy-approved Permit to Work (PTW), ensuring proper authorization for high-risk activities.

3.      Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and implement appropriate control measures.

4.      Perform routine safety inspections and audits on job sites, equipment, and processes.

5.      Lead daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns for site personnel.

6.      Monitor and enforce the use of proper PPE and safe work practices.

7.      Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

8.      Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.

9.      Maintain accurate HSE documentation and submit reports as per project and regulatory requirements.

10. Support emergency response preparedness and participate in drills.
