We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Point person for both agency and client
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Support employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Relevant HR experience preferred (please specify years in application)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Can work under pressure and less supervision
