Restaurant Supervisor Wanted
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 3,500/month (all-inclusive)

We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and lead the daily operations of our restaurant with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure top standards in food quality, service, and hygiene
- Manage staff schedules, discipline, and performance
- Train and guide team members to reach operational excellence
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Provide regular reports to management on performance and needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor (experience in Qatar preferred)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in global fast food chains such as McDonald's, KFC, Hardee's, Burger King, etc.
- Strong leadership skills, hands-on management style, and quick decision-making
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operation tools
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a multicultural team
