About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our real estate operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies that boost brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support sales goals.

This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.

Oversee marketing materials production and ensure brand consistency.

Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing with business goals.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

Manage relationships with media, agencies, and external vendors.

Organize property events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Assist in managing marketing budgets and reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (real estate preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content).

Proficient in CRM, email/SMS tools, and marketing analytics.

Excellent communication and content creation skills.

Organized, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID.

Immediate availability preferred.
