Job Type: Full-time (On-site)


Salary: (QR 2500-3000)+Commissions


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients to promote tailored training programs and solutions.

Build, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with key accounts including corporate clients, HR managers, L&D teams, and government entities.

Manage the full RFQ (Request for Quotation) process: receive, prepare, and submit quotations and proposals for client training requirements.

Meet and exceed monthly B2B sales targets, conversion rates, and KPIs.

Act as a training advisor for inbound and walk-in leads—assess their goals and recommend appropriate courses.

Provide accurate course details, schedules, certifications, and enrollment guidance.

Follow up systematically with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support corporate campaigns and targeted outreach.

Attend corporate meetings, training expos, and networking events to represent the organization professionally.

Report on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.

Key Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English (verbal and written).

2–3 years of proven B2B experience in corporate training sales, business development, or educational consulting.

Prior experience in RFQ response preparation and proposal development is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with the training and education industry in Qatar or the GCC region.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple corporate accounts.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms.

Immediate availability is preferred.
