Position Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator (Male) to support our training and administrative operations. This is a full-time, on-site position at a professional training centre in Doha. The role focuses on providing back-end support to the B2B training division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the B2B team by preparing customized course outlines and training proposals
  • Design training handbooks and documentation using Canva or similar tools
  • Identify and liaise with freelance instructors for specialized training requirements
  • Coordinate training logistics from scheduling to venue setup and post-training documentation
  • Monitor and manage training feedback and reporting
  • Provide support for exam invigilation and venue supervision
  • Ensure training quality and compliance with internal standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of client, training, and instructor data

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, training coordination, or L&D preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva (or similar platforms)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Candidates from India are preferred
  • Must be based in Qatar or ready to relocate on short notice
