We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a UPDA (Urban Planning and Development Authority) classification of Grade B or higher to join our engineering and construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, site supervision, and civil design, ensuring compliance with Qatari regulations, international standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee civil engineering works across construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Prepare and submit civil designs, shop drawings, and method statements for consultant approval.

Conduct site inspections and ensure that construction activities comply with approved plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.

Attend site meetings and interface with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.

Assist in quantity take-offs, estimation, and procurement of materials.

Ensure compliance with UPDA and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.Valid UPDA (MMUP) Civil Engineer registration – Grade B or above (mandatory).Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or building projects.Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects in Qatar or GCC region.Excellent knowledge of local building codes, QCS, and municipal regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD  and relevant civil engineering software.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid Qatari driving license is an advantage.
