We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and skilled Barista to join our team. The Barista is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. This role requires a passion for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

o Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

o Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.

o Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

2. Beverage Preparation:

o Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in accordance with company recipes and standards.

o Operate and maintain brewing equipment, espresso machines, and grinders.

o Ensure all beverages meet quality standards before serving to customers.

3. Food Handling:

o Serve and package bakery items and snacks as needed.

o Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

4. Inventory Management:

o Restock ingredients and supplies, including coffee beans, syrups, and cups, throughout the shift.

o Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the management team.

5. Cleanliness and Maintenance:

o Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, equipment, and customer seating areas.

o Follow daily cleaning checklists and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer experiences.

o Support colleagues during peak hours and assist in training new team members.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 Years Previous experience as a barista

. Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality beverages and service.

· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for extended periods.

· Manual dexterity to operate coffee machines and other equipment.
