Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of calls and client details
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Presentable and confident with a pleasant phone manner
