We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Executive who brings experience in both telesales and outdoor sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting telecom products and services, and meeting sales objectives through phone outreach and occasional face-to-face meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to market telecom services and products.
- Assess customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Manage and follow up on leads, maintaining a solid prospect pipeline.
- Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales goals and performance indicators.
- Accurately log all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide outstanding customer service and post-sales support.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of telesales experience, with preference given to those with outdoor sales background.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must hold a valid QID and be legally authorized to work in Qatar.
