Location: Head-Office
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the construction or manpower industry
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for construction-related roles (e.g., engineers, foremen, technicians, laborers)
Collaborate with project managers to forecast manpower needs and hiring timelines
Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for ongoing and future projects
Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa requirements, and company policies
Support onboarding, mobilization, and deployment processes
Liaise with recruitment agencies and labor suppliers as needed
Requirement:
Candidate’s should be present in Qatar with valid QID
Available to join immediately
